Sometimes it is easy to feel disconnected from nature. It is easy to have your head in the day to day without a thought for how far we have wandered from that which is the natural order of things. Processed foods, wearing shoes, staring at the TV or computer screen whilst listening to electronic music all disconnect us from the earth. It occured to me during a BBQ that cooking and eating outdoors is rarely done by most people, it feels strange and yet so normal. Cooking on a fire or on the hot coals of a BBQ (ethicly sourced of course!) whilst standing barefoot on the earth, feels great. A real physical connection to mother earth that even the most brainwashed and plugged in of our society can feel. Few people can deny the energy that surrounds us and sticks us energeticly to the earth. You can see this in auras, and it can even be photographed or sensed by insruments. This energy that surrounds our bodies is connected to the earth, a reasonance between the earth and our own energy field keeps us in the right frequencey to be energeticly healthy. When we become disconnected we can become ill because of this. I have stated many times that the human body is a chemical, biological, and electromagnetic system. This is true and the body can be treated medically in all three ways. The effect of electomagnetic radiation in our environment is, I believe, is responsable for so much of the illness today. Not only because of its effect on cells, but also on the connection between our bodies and our planet. So when the weather is good enough, kick off your shoes, cook outside, breath the fresh air. Connect with the planet and realign with the energy field, and you will feel the benefit. You can even have a vegetarian or vegan BBQ. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0u55lMebGc is just one of many you tube vids out there. | |
