It can all seem overwhelming and at times can fill some people with a sense of hopelessness and fear. There is however, an answer to this overwhelming tsunami.
We are the creators of our own world. We project our inner psyche into the substrate of space time where it joins with other peoples’ energetic programming to create what we experience. This happens locally and also planet wide, universe wide and when we feel fear we add to the problem.
The substrate of space time can be thought of as a fluid in which the energy can mix and grow. The energy and thought can be thought of as the roots of a plant emanating from us into the substrate to create energetic fractals which can be amplified or destroyed dependant on the other energy surrounding it.
When we are in a group locally, the energy of the room can be changed or amplified by getting the group to feel the same way. The most powerful feelings are, love, anger, fear, grief and ambivalence. These are also the easiest to invoke and are often used by the media to fuel or change the mood of the nation for various agendas. When we are alone we are more able to choose and change our mood, this can be done using music and meditation and by keeping away from the mainstream media.
When feeling fear we make bad choices and take more risks, when we feel anger we also say things we would not normally say and do things we would not normally do. Many people are put into these negative states by watching the mainstream media, which is the whole purpose of coordinated media.
By controlling our own state we can change how we interact with others which in turn can change those around us and in turn amplify the feelings we have. These amplified feelings would then reach out into the substrate and start to influence more and more people and with time, change the tide.
Using meditation to calm the mind, we can also calm that part of us which truly defines us. Not our job or the clothes we wear but our inner mind, the part of us we were born with. The old adage of “Know thyself” applies here, we need to find who we were, who we are and who we want to be. We can quieten the mind to listen for this inner self, shed the fear, and move towards the feeling of inner tranquillity which we all should feel.
To calm the mind, sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor. Relax the arms keeping them uncrossed and keep the spine straight. Close the eyes and listen to the calming tunes available in our free meditation course. Concentrate on clearing the mind of all thoughts whilst breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth. Repeat regularly, because as with all things, it gets better with practice.
When your mind is clear, start to think of calm mother earth, how the earth gave rise to the gradients of energy that created life, how the earth kept us safe as we evolved, how the sun gave us energy and how we became aware.
In some small part this levelling of thought will influence your life and those around you and in time the tide will turn.
