Introduction and Part One
Because many who are starting this meditation course will be new to this, we will start with the basics.
To start with you should find a quiet space
Make sure you have 20 to 30 minutes of uninterupted time
Get comfortable with your feet on the floor, arms and legs uncrossed
start the music and close your eyes, breath deeply focussing on how the air comes in fresh, new and cold, fills your lungs and then comes out old and warm
Let your mind free wheel, and relax. let your mind go free, and follow it where it goes. The music is only 8 mins and when it finishes, continue onto the next step.

Ok, relaxed? Did you find your mind chattered through it a bit? That’s
natural, this is the first challenge you will face in attaining the state you
want to achieve.
You must communicate with you chattering side when it starts to chatter and
just ask it to wait and be quiet, with practice it will quiet for longer and
longer periods.
We will now listen to two tacks, one to get your brain in the right mode of
vibration and then the same track as before again using the same techniques
however this time you should use your mind to project the image of a warm white light
surrounding you that falls upon you like the beams of light will come through
the gaps in the clouds on a cloudy day. Listen to the track and feel the light
around you.

Now you have finished for today you should thank the energy around you in
your mind, and just take a second to allow your mind to return. You should at
some stage read the article below which will explain about the light you are
projecting with your mind and what it does.

The Light
This is not a religious “light” as in a light that leads or illuminates your
path. This is a light that is a language and the way your mind will align
itself with the correct frequencies required to attain the state of mind to
unlock the next level.
By projecting this warm “light” into your thought patterns you are thinking
in terms of internal visual stimuli that would normally be used in your dream
states to give you the sensation of sight. By accessing this ability whilst
awake in a controlled way you are training yourself to accept the language of
the energy that surrounds us. This is energy that has been dismissed and denied
by many religions and yet the religious doctrine dictates that those who follow
their teachings meditate in prayer to a higher power. The main three religions
identify this power as a being who lives and breaths in a place you can not see
or visit. The higher power is not a person as described in the old texts and
here is why. Many “illuminated” or “enlightened” people believe that the texts
of our religions have been misinterpreted or mistranslated. By having the
restrictions of older languages, the scholars had to do the best they could to
describe reality. This often resulted in complex metaphor. After which the later
translation often did not often match with the original meanings. This often
results in a metaphor described as a literal meaning. In this way the “light”
often can be misunderstood as a person, a path, a way of living, a belief, the
sun, the son of god, the moon, the spirit of an individual, love, conception of
children or the life force or the energy that is in all living things.
The “light” we are describing in this course is less complex, however it is a
metaphor for the energy that we can not directly see. The warm white light you
are projecting and therefore trying to attract at this level is a diffused
combination of “light types”. This light represents a “easily visible” spectrum
of energy that the human energy being can decipher. Just like light in the
physical sense has many wavelengths this energy has many differing energy
levels, and just like light in the physical sense, this energy can be detected
if you have the right equipment (your brain) and it is “tuned in”. This is what
we are attempting to achieve. The more in tune with this diffuse spectrum of
energy you become the easier it will be to expand the range of “visible” energy.
It is important that you understand at this level that this is not light you can
see with your eyes. It is energy that you are training your “minds eye” to sense
and therefore “see” and so you will find as you progress, you will “see” colours
that you would not be familiar with in the physical world as light.
If you are tuned in to this energy you will find an increase in intuition. As
you progress to other levels and learn to tune into the differing “colors” you
will find you are able to enhance differing abilities, but all in good time!

Part 2
You can attract the light to your seat of power
Todays focus is to project with your mind into the energy field just as you did yesterday, and feel the energy. Really open your mind to feel the swirl around you. But today you are going to focus on an area of your body. By focusing on he area just above your naval (belly button) you are directing the energy towards your seat of energy. We will talk more about chakras and what they traditionally mean in a later lesson. However for today we will just focus on attracting energy to this area. It then gives your energy body a better connection to the energy field and boosts your energy. In this way our later lessons will have much better results. but for now you will start to feel the benifits with a more calm feeling, and a feeling of being more than just a human animal.
So get into your quiet spot and get comfortable. close you eyes and focus on that energy. then concentrate only on the one spot. Music is below to help you.

Parts 3 and 4
From Sacral Chakra point to Heart chakra
From the previous session you should now be able to attract diverse frequencey energy to your sacral chakra, or your energy center. This is where many schools of thought have traditionally decreed that the Chi energy resides and can be stored, concentrated and moved from and to this area. Today we are going to focus on the connection from the Sacral to the heart chakra.
When you start your meditation you should enter into a state of non thought. By this I mean you should allow your mind to "freewheel" or to flow. You should acnowledge and then dismiss your "word thoughts" and concentrate on "feeling Thoughts". Feeling is the language of the universe, and the conduit for this language is the energy that surrounds us. Very much like a wifi signal will connect a computer, and the language transfered is the computer coded language. This Felling thought will allow you to connect much deeper within yourself and also into the energy field.
By feeling rather than talking we can now concentrate on the two energy points for the next two days. In practice this means gently touching the sacral point, two inches below your naval, and your heart point which is just above the base of your sternum (the bottom of the join at the middle of your rib cage). This allows you to focus on feeling these points as you close your eyes and concentrate on the energy around you. Allow the energy to circulate around you and enter the sacral point, and then try to feel a column or line of energy between the two points. This energy transfer can be felt, however like all areas of the body, you need to focus your conciousness and awareness on it to be able to feel it in detail. Below are three selections of music to help you and after you sessions please read the following article and then tomorrow, practice this again as this is an essential skill. We will then move on....

Energy, Auras and the visable and invisable
The white dispersed energy that we have discussed and attracted is the energetic equivalent of white light from the sun. It is a mix of differing energies that gives the overall impression of diffused light. Just like light the different energies can be split into "colors" and attracted in much the same way as the diffused energy. All it takes is the right tuning of the reciever (you).
The reason why we have begun with white diffused energy is because this is the most safe and easy to deal with as the overall effect on the individual is one of enhancement and leveling. If we were just to focus on one energy or color we could attract energy that could unbalance and create health effects that were uncontrolled. The reason for this is that we are not just a physical, chemical and biological entity. We are a bio-electrical energy body too. By attracting energy to us we can indeed heal ourselves and others, however we need to know what effects these energies have on us before we statr to use them. For example the color red has many differing hues and strengths. Where a pinker red means you will attract a loving energy, artistic and sensitive, a grey pink is associated with dishonesty, a dark murky red could mean you are attracting anger but a deep red attracts grounded, sensible and survival energies. Just attracting a "color" in this sense means that you are possably not attracting the right energy at all. This is why many meditation based manifestation tecniques do not work.
For this reason we are going to learn the tecniques of attraction, control, distribution and how to repel, and eliminate the energy we do not need. So far we can attract and distribute. Control Of these energies is our next session.
You can see the effects of energy that is transfered from one person to another on a daily basis by seeing how people interact with each other. Sometimes a person can enter a room and the mood will change. This can be because they are well liked or hated, but even the people in the room that don't know the person can feel this energy or tension. Unfortunately it is mainly the strong negative emotions that most people are able to feel. This is due to social and evolutionary pressures. To understand this we must look at the aura.
The aura is a projection of energy outside of the physical body. We can detect this as it is electrically and magnetically active. We can also see it with our eyes but we need to look at it in a non direct way. Some people are lucky that they can see auras very easily with the full color spectrum, most can not do this without practice and training. The easiest way to see an aura is to look at a person against a plain background. Look at the head of the person about 1/3 of the way from their hair to their chin and concentrate on that spot whilst being aware of the outline of the person. You will normally see a whitish or grey outline 1 to 2 inches from their head. This is only the beginning, With practice you will see that the aura stretches much further and has colors, sometimes layers of colors. These colors often associate with the health and wellbeing of the person, or how they are and act as a person. It means you will have the "meat on the bones" to back up your intuition. You will also be able to feel people before the door opens, an excellent skill in determining the intentions of callers!!
Some of the colors of the aura are not visable, as just as the spectrum of light is wide, so is this energy. The detection of energies outside of the "visable aura" is an exciting new field that we will head towards as we master the arts of energy and spirit.

Part 5
The third energy area, also the third eye.
The third eye, or the minds eye or the mind chakra, call it what you like, is the energy center for you mind. It is different to the crown chakra, that is more to do with what most people call the spirit. The third eye when activated gives us much more intuition and mental energy and balance. It allows us to use mental abilities we have to greater effect and unlocks the abilities that we were unable to activate due to low energy levels in this area.
The brain is a biochemical and bioelectrical system that operates in different ways according to its stimulus. Many people recieve way too much visual stimulii from TV, mobile phone screens and video games, this produces patterns in the brain associated with lower brain function, dealing on a level of reacting to stimulii like an insect rather than as a complex sentient being. By activating all senses daily and limiting these visual stimluii we are able to balance. By meditating on the third eye or mind chakra, we are attempting to energise our brain and allow it to be stimulated in a way that the 5 sense world can not.
Some pointers before we start. First of all stimulating the five senses means to actively think about that sense whilst going about your daily tasks and to think about each in detail. Examples are
Sight : Focussing on the colors and hues of plants and flowers, Noticing the subtle differences in the cloud formations and the way the wind creates patterns, and the differences between the clouds and the aeroplane trails
Smell : The scent of a perfume, try to distinguish the different notes of the scent, flowers, musk, fruit, sweet and spice. Notice the smells as you walk past houses and gardens, past coffee houses and shops.
Touch : The feeling of the different materials on your feet, legs, body and arms. Feel the different surfaces you touch with your hands. The feeling of water in a bath or shower, the towel or the bed sheets.
Taste : The taste of your food, and drinks. Althought we can only taste bitter, salt, sweet, sour, spice and umami or more-ishness, can you differentialte between a sugar sweetness and the sweet/bitterness/chemical taste of aspartame or saccarine. can you tell the difference between sour and bitter. Taste things and think about the constituent parts of the taste.
Sound : The sound of birds in the morning, the differences between rain on warm and cold days, the sound of the music you meditate to, or the hum of the traffic, the subtle tones in the voices as they talk, the sounds of street buskers, rustling trees, the wind in your ears as you walk. Try to avoid to many electronic noises.
By having this awareness of the five senses we are able to appreciate and detect more sensitive details which in turn helps you to be aware of the more subtle effects you experience as you meditate. As you grow in your meditation you will find you become more sensitive, this is like having a TV on very loud (5 senses) then trying to listen to it quietly (your mind senses). It takes time for your ears to adjust and become sensitive enough, then after a while you can hear it just fine. It is just tuning in the the right loudness and energy level.
Ok, Now for the meditation for the day. For this you will need to find your quiet spot. Settle comfortably and close your eyes and listen to the music posted below. As before concetrate on you main energy center, the sacral chakra. Project the warm white light-energy as a swirl around you entering the sacral chakraand warming that area. Next as before we touch the sacral and heart chakra. we initiate the flow of energy by thinking about the feeling of that energy moving back and forth between the two chakras. Smile and be happy, this is the energy of the heart chakra, be the right energy and let the energy be attracted to your heart chakra. Let it work for a while until the heart chakra feels warm. Then touch the area just above your eyes and in the center. Feel the light touch of your fingers and then focus one to two inches inside your head. Focus there and feel the enrgy there. You need to feel that the energy is filling this area and allowing you to transfer the energy up from the sacral and heart chakra. Sometimes this takes a route through your arm and into you head, thats fine, we are all different in our energetic flow. keep this and let your mind freewheel and flow. Give in to it and let it run. It is a long meditation but well worth the progress you will make.

Mind chatter and other distractions
If you still have issues with mind chatter and "not able to switch off" then there are ways to combat this.
1) Cut out the caffine
2) Give your body what it wants before you start, don't start meditation when hungry or thirsty, or when your favorite TV program is about to start or when you know you have to do something right away.........
3) Get the day to day organised. Get the jobs done and for those that need to be done tomorrow, make a list so you do not forget, that way your mind is not taken up with the daily processes and can concentrate on meditating. This will get easier as you mind expands its abilities.
4) If you have kids, meditate when they are asleep, or out at school, or if you home school your kids wait until your partner is home and close yourself away for 30 mins.
5) Communicate with partners to allow you some time. If they are earthly bound people that do not understand why you want to meditate, thats a shame but they still need to give you a little "me time" so take that as your chance to meditate. They will appreciate a better rounded you in time and you never know may even wish to start meditating themselves once they see the benifits.
6) nowhere to meditate, noisy flat mates, room mates etc, try the library, or other quiet public space, if its nice weather try the park, the sounds of the trees and the wind will be your natural soundtrack, or you could just take your Ipod or mp3 player.
Be creative, one thing that you will achieve from meditation is the realisation that the mind is limitless and a soloution for all problems is within the grasp of the human conciousness.

If they are earthly bound people that do not understand why you want to meditate, thats a shame but they still need to give you a little "me time" so take that as your chance to meditate. They will appreciate a better rounded you in time and you never know may even wish to start meditating themselves once they see the benifits.

Part 6
Repetition is the mother of learning and the key to growth
So far we have attracted the diverse energy that surrounds us, learned how we can see auras and move energy around our body. The key to being good at these things is to practice. Just a little every day, 20 to 30 mins. This will build your abilities on good foundations. So practice seeing auras, meditating and attracting energy, moving energy and focussing it.
Todays meditation is about using your skills of moving energy to clear a path from your route to your crown chakra.
Start your meditation as before, attract the energy to your sacral chakra. Move this up to your heart and mind chakras then expand this down to your root chakra, to do this concentrate on the tip of your spine, at the very bottom. Allow your awareness to fill this area and then move your attention back up the chakras in order of sacral, heart and then mind. We do not need to be aware of the throat chakra at this point, the energy will flow through this area to the next.

A great tool to keep this energy channel open is below. It is one of the few slightly "guided" meditations that we will be using, follow the chakras one at a time using the vowel sounds, sounding them out as this helps the mind to associate with the chakras and activate them to allow energy transference. It is a great little video this only 7 minutes long but done daily can help with the overall effect of your new meditation based lifestyle.
Healthy body + healthy mind + Healthy spirit = complete health
Meditation can heal, it can calm, it can even help with mental illnesses and emotional pain that no other technique can. But to be able to be truly awake to all possabilities, to really feel all the benifits you must also live, and eat healthy.

Dreaming, programs and reality
In this part we are going to introduce a new concept. Dream reality.
When you dream you brain wave patterns change from alpha and beta to theta and delta, the specific vibration is down to the individual but it can be trained. In these states we are able to dream and percieve things whilst we are asleep, dispite the fact we should be unconcious. We can access this kind of brain activity whilst awake and experience the kind of perceptions and dreams normally reserved for people who remember their dreams.

Dream reality
What are dreams? Some say that they are the brain decoding the random firing of neurons while we are asleep. Some others say it is the mind processing and learning whilst we are asleep. But if the former were true we would be dreaming when we were awake, and the latter asumes that the brain does not process information whilst we are awake.

You see the world is percived and observed and so it exists to the conciousness that is in all of us which is in turn connected to the energy fields that surround us, and we are part of. As an entity, an energy body, we are plugged into this energy field like wifi and we can be aware of distortions and messages in the field caused by differing energy emitters, such as people with bad intentions, this is what your intuition is.
The signal that programs you is a complex and diverse subject area. Here I will give a simplistic explanation. The fact that all sentient life forms are capable of observing and therefore "creating" reality means that there is a web of perception and observation that filters information into the energy fields that surround us from the observers, this is because they too are part of the energy field system. The main field is the net energy field of the earth made up of the energy fields of living things over the planets surface, which is affected by the magnetic feild and gravity of the earth. This field is a carrier and short term memory. This data and energy is coded naturally into different energies which can be attracted by the people who have that energy profile. An example is, to attract love you should have the energy vibration of love, this in turn allows you to attract, recieve and decode the programming from the energy field. you then are programmed by the love energy program which in turn makes you act in a way that allows you to get the love you want. The constant stream of energy from electromagnetic devices and the criss cross grid of electricity cables has polluted the field, in addition, the manipulation of the feelings of millions of people via the use of fear mongering propaganda, chemical contaminants in food, The TV, media, films about disasters and zombies, all pollute the energy field and the data contained in it.
There was no such thing as vampires or zombies until the creation of them in stories, then the huge film campaign of twilight, buffy the vampire slayer, i am legend etc etc and the endless books and TV shows of zombies and vampires, and then guess what? Zombies appear in the news! high on drugs and eating people! All because it was placed in the conciousness of the people by TV and the corruption of the energy and data field, and all it took was the nudge of a drug to overrule normal self control and allow the programming to run.
This corruption of the energy field is a huge problem, and some of it is deliberate. The next time you have a dream about something, and you remember it, try to look and see if it is about being subordinate, doing as you are told, or something that reinforces the feeling of fear. All this is a sign of the increasing control. The other issue is that we are all emitters. We emit energy full of data, if that data is the energy of the things we want and we are of the right vibrational state then we will be happy and the energy field becomes a good place to get the programming we need, however if we are made to feel fear, and anger and hatred by the things we see on the TV, then we emit this into the field, if a hundred million people all feel fear, that is one huge amount of emitions to pollute the field. At the moment this is the dominant way in which the field is contaminated, using climate change, the war on terror etc we are being ruled by fear and programmed in a negative way via the route that we should be able to live in peace and happiness.

This was when everybody felt the need to take out credit, to be part of the wealthy generation. very few looked past the ponzi schemes and those who did were told they were crazy, why? because the dominant feeling, energy, data was that of greed and aquisition, people dreamed of owning a house they couldn't afford, then went and did it. The result is now there for everyone to see. The manipulation is there on the concious level, and it is obvious if you look for it, but when you dig down, it is a very long rabbit hole leading to manipulation on the energetic level.
We are being controlled on this subconcious level by the same people that control us on the physical level. The rich elite that have the means to buy TV time and produce the films, to finance the reporting of the biased news and pass laws allowing chemical, electromagnetics and biological poisoning of the masses. Why? because of money, power, greed. because if everyone knew the truth as to the level of control, and they realised that they are the many and the elites are only the few, then the elites would never be able to rule. Also with such a corrupted energy field we are left without our intuition and therefore are more likely to be conned, swindled and vote for morons, shady dealers and criminals, and to belive the lies they feed us to get their own way.
Pretty grim? Well yes, But with the work done in awakening the people and the rate of awakening growing every day we do have the ability to make a big difference. By having people meditating with good energy, positve emotions and then living there lives without the fear that is imposed on them we can start to turn the tide of damaging energy, and begin to reprogram the energy field. Then we can begin to live in a way in which we can use our energy, use our minds and the amazing abilities that humans have, to create a world of peace, without money, without greed and without elites.

Attracting the right energy type
Here is where it gets a bit more technical. The premise is simple, to heal the energy deficiencies in your own or anothers aura you should first, view the aura and its colors. Define what they are, and then choose the color of the energy needed to balance each, the aura should have differing colours around the different energy centers or chakras and it is these that you should focus on whilst balancing the energy types. You should then meditate to attract the correct energy to the correct area as we have mentioned previously. This will help heal yourself, healing others is something we will cover later in the course.
Remember what we said earlier, if you focus on the wrong color, or unbalance the aura field, you can cause changes that have a negative effect. Avoid energies that have negative outcomes such as anger, indecision, or gaurdedness and concentrate on love, openness, strength etc. And do not think that by attracting negative "dark" energy that you will become a sith lord because that is just science fiction, you will probably just feel drained and lathargic and long term suffer from an illness related to that energy. Remember what we said earlier, if you focus on the wrong color, or unbalance the aura field, you can cause changes that have a negative effect. Programming the field
Any field, such as the one that surrounds us, is at the mercy of many factors. The greatest of which is your own feelings. If you are subconsciously feeling angry and frustrated then you will end up in a set of angry and frustrating confrontations. However if you subconsciously feel love, then you will attract peoples feelings of love.
In this part we will attempt to raise the vibration of the energy in our field to that of a pink color. This should be a natural flower pink, and not a psychedelic pink! simply feel, thats the key, feel happy and loving whilst focusing on the color when you are projecting the swirling cloud, attract this to your heart chakra.

Actvating your dreams
Your dreams, as we discussed can give you access to events that will happen and also help you to program your reality by allowing you to interact with your future on an energetic level. To be able to do all this you need to be able to have lucid dreams and be able to recall them. After that you need to be able to be conciously project the correct energy into that dream. Now the second part of that can be difficult to master, however not so difficult if you can dream lucidly more often. This "practice time" give you more chance to be able to "wake up" inside your dream. When this happens you will be able to do anything within this construct, even fly.
>To begin with we will start with a binaural soundtrack, this should give you the best chance of attaining the brainwave pattern required. Meditate to this and see if you dream lucidly at night.
>Practice this, daily. If after a few days you still have no action, then you should listen to the same frequencey (delta wave 2hz) when you sleep as well.
>Use stereo headphones.
>When you meditate focus on the third eye chakra
>When you dream, let it run its story, try not to be excited that your having the dream as you will wake yourself up in the physical reality!
>As you dream, try to get yourself to do some small things in the dream, move a cup, or change what you are saying.

How to stop energy you do not want.
As we go through our daily lives, we encounter all sorts af people. In today's blog I discuss the "Zombie Teenage girl" syndrome and how this is connected to energy, and the brainwashing media. Here I will keep to the defense of your energy system against the strong negative field that these types of entities project.
All negative types of persona, from the Zombie teenager to the stroppy 40 something male/female carry with them destructive energy that threatens to turn your energy negative, its like a virus that spreads by assimilating peoples energy via their emotions which are in turn connected to the physical actions of others.
Frustration, fear, jealousy, hate, anger, sadness, and misplaced superiority are all part of this, and you should ensure you are protected. How?
You must let go of fear, fear of what other think of you and what you do, feel and believe. Don't hate those who are full of anger, they should be an object of pity as their lives are full of confrontation and fear. Steer clear of groups of self rewarding people who would seek to use you to feel superior.
And meditate on love, the feeling of love, the color and energy of love. Be with people who are genuine and truthfull and let those who only exist in their own world fester there consumed by their own energy. They are like carts to be dragged behind animals who in turn are driven by the masters! The enlightend and awake are free from such slavery.

Choosing a path
Hopefully by now you will have practiced the basic techniques of relaxation, entering into a state of non thought, attracting energy, moving energy, attracting the energy you want, and protecting yourself from energy that is transmitted by others. You should also be becomming aware of the subtle changes around you when you are around people of differing moods. This intuition should become stronger the more you meditate, for example you may feel that you knew something was about to happen just before it did, for example a car pulling out on you. All this comes from being aware of the source code, the mostly invisible fabric that makes our reality what it is.
As your meditations progress you will get visions, flashes and sometimes more of what is in the energy data field around you, what you pick up will depend on your energy resonance at the time, you may see things that are programmes for others or something that will influence your life, that depends on you. You may even find that you are more popular as a person because of the energy you carry with you, and the way you treat others.
There are many positive side effects of the good mental and spiritual health of those who meditate, can you imagine a world full of calm and stable meditators?
It is when you are able to master the basics that you can decide to specialize, either in healing, intuition, esp, manifesting, telekinesis, telepathy, remote veiwing....... the list goes on. You don't have to specialize, however those who do are able to do more in that area of specialization as they are able to build a strong association with the energy data field for the vibrational level that allows access to these abilities.
The discision is yours, meditate on it, allow your mind to run free of the physical contraints of your brain and allow the thought to be part of you energy field, you will then feel the right discision. It may be that you decide that you should continue to progress in a direction that is your own..... the possabilities are literally endless.
