The artical that caught my eye was this http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/9128888/Heart-disease-drug-combats-racism.html A drug to prevent racism, thats an interesting idea. Although I think we could easily prevent racism if our governments didn't practice it themselves by bombing any foriegn power with oil in the name of preventing evil foriegners from bombing our inocent people. If we all could get away from the media brainwashing that actually promotes racism one minute and then portrays the opposite the next we would see that we all tread this earth with the same feet, we all breath its air and we all drink from its water. We are in esscence the same and it is only the political elites that have put populations against each other for their own ends.

There have been studies into human behaviour that have proven that human groups will follow on if there are 5% of people heading in a given direction. The experiment I read about was to see what proportion of a group needed to head in a direction in shopping an empty shopping mall to try to find a given target. Dispite the 5% leading the group in obviously the wrong direction (informatiuon was igiven via signs) the rest of the 95% still followed with only a few dropping off the back and being 'discenting' i.e not conforming.
I believe there is an analogy here for the way we are living our lives. The government is following the same course financially as the rest of europe, dispite all the signs being that they are all heading in the wrong direction. Iceland is the only economy currently improving with good prospects, and they are the 'discenting' state that did the opposite of what the rest of europe did. But how often do we blindly follow in our everyday lives? I was at a theme park recently with a queuing system that occupied two lanes, both of equal importance for loading onto the ride. One was full up to the very beginning of the queue whilst the other was almost empty. I took the empty queue and was on the ride in 5 minutes whilst the rest of the other queue were looking at another 45 minute wait. In another scenario I've seen queues to get out of car parks that have also been caused by this sheep mentality. Why is it that we do this? It isn't just in the UK, It seems to happen in most places (except in Spain where the spanish and the French push through the queues). Is it because they lack the ability to make the concious discission as to what route to take? Is it because genetically we are like the dumb sheep in the fields or do we follow because we are in fear? Do we fear getting into a situation where we are isolated away from the pack to be picked off by wolves, to have to be accountable for our actions and opinions, to have to act as a fully cognitive intelligent being, an adult? As a child we are constantly being told to 'do as we are told' and in school we are forced to be part of the group and to join in and not to wonder off to keep safe. This is social conditioning that indoctrinates all of us to act as a group, it also teaches us that when one of us is in trouble we should all stand aside and let the authority figure slaughter the wondering lamb whilst we look on, 'cos we're safe, we didn't wonder off, we're are part of the flock, conforming. This place feels safe and exists in our minds and stops us from fighting the people we see as authority and power, and it's all a lie, a lie to make you give power away to people who you will see as being the provider of your food, your employer. "Be a good employee now and tow the line whilst I cut yor wages to give me a bigger bonus". This kind of sheeple mentality happens at work places when a whistle blower does us all a favour by trying to get rid of corruption or wrongdoing. When thier collegues are asked 'will you back me up?' they SAY yes, but when it comes to the crunch the rest of the flock do not have the balls to stand up against authority, even if they do have a leader who is brave enough to represent them. They are scared, scared of the fact that they are going against the pack leader, the sheepdog, or even the shepherd. We even get the tin god supervisory management that will chase the sheeple and keep them in line for a pat on the head from the shepherd!! Im sure we've all met someone like that! The crux of the matter is that as a society we are conditioned to feel fear when we step out of line with, teachers, the leaders of our banks, employers, politicians, the army and the police. Why is this? It is to keep us under control, It is to prevent us from escalating from saying 'something should be done, I should do something about this' to actually doing something about it. And while we are all struggling to break our childhood programming those in charge find more ways to condition the next generation into believing the bulshit that they need to believe so that more control goes to the top, to the corrupt elitist politicians and thier 'civil servents'. The future? Well it could look bleak, but if you disascotiate yourself from the fear and the programming, you will see that the only thing to fear is to be on your own as an adult human being. To take control of your own future and not to be afraid of the ridicule, the financial penalties, the social isolation from the herd. You have to let yourself be mentally free from fear, doubt and the self punishing part of the brain that reinforces the programming we all had as a child. Homeschool your children and you will break the cycle of government brainwashing, and you will see they no longer fear teachers. Finally train yourself to be at peace inside. To be at one with the energy in the universe, to relax and not to be pulled in by the daily distractions of TV and celebrity. Concentrate on keeping healthy and loving, create happiness in what you do, and most of all never be afraid to stand up for the rights of ourselves and others, never be afraid of saying no. There is nothing to fear but fear itself, and we are our own prison masters, and we still have the keys.....For now. Social networks are an interesting balance of yin and yang. For all the loony tunes types claiming to be God, Jesus or that they can double the size of your penis whilst making you lose wieght, there are also some really socially aware people who are campaigning hard to promote justice for the masses and not just for the rich.
We are on twitter most days @sacredmeditate and we are always looking at the people we follow, some of which are reporting on the situations in wars zones and areas of the world where their is unrest such as Greece and Syria. The stories they tell are not the sanitised stories of hero governments againts terrorists, or of troops reacting in the intrests of good verses evil, These are stories of people who are the general population like me and you being shot, blown up, captured and tortured and all because they want freedom. This freedom is the freedom to feed thier families, to go about thier day to day lives without the tyrany of government, the freedom to live without having to pay the financial and social costs of the collapse of the banks. These are basic freedoms, freedoms some take for granted, freedoms we are all to easily robbed of by governments around the world. Whilst most of the population are watching Jerry Springer or Jeremy Kyle, or playing video games, or working for companies that are paying next to nothing, the rich elitist government in the UK are trying to cut healthcare, bring in laws to prevent protesters from having legal demonstrations and finding more ways to screw the poor and working classes out of as much money as possable to give to thier buddies from university that now run the banks. Meanwhile in the US laws are being passed to amend the very constitution that the country was founded on and most of the country don't even know. Too busy being distracted by TV, video games, alcohol, drugs and the obsession with money. Look kitty...... look at the shiny ball whilst the vet cuts your testicles off!!!! Distraction is the best way to rob people, it's been used by thieves for years, it's just now obvious that the biggest thieves are our political representitives that then want us to vote them back into power so they can rob us again!! Amazing really that we all do still vote giving credability to a system that is corrupted by money and power, the most destructive influences in society.
